Rubbermagazijn.nl
Magento e-commerce with custom B2B wholesale features

Rubbermagazijn is a large Dutch e-commerce store for industrial rubber products. I implemented the Magento storefront from a client-provided design, with custom wholesale features including tiered pricing (staffelprijzen) and an invoice request flow for larger orders.
Rubbermagazijn is a well-established Dutch company selling industrial rubber products. They came with a finished design and needed it built out in Magento, including custom functionality for their wholesale customers.
Design Implementation The design was provided and ready; my job was to build it accurately in Magento — custom theme templates, CSS, and JavaScript matching the provided specs across all page types: homepage, category pages, product detail pages, and checkout.
Staffelprijzen (Tiered Pricing) One of the key custom features was staffelprijzen — tiered pricing where the unit price drops as the order quantity increases. This is standard practice in wholesale and industrial supply, but required custom Magento development to display the pricing tiers clearly on product pages and recalculate totals correctly in the cart.
Invoice Request for Larger Orders For high-volume B2B orders, customers needed a way to request a formal invoice rather than paying immediately through the storefront. I built a custom request flow for this, allowing business customers to submit their order details and receive a formal quote or invoice.
Responsive Design & SEO Despite being an industrial B2B-facing store, the site was built with full responsive design and solid SEO foundations — clean markup, structured data for products, and descriptive metadata.

◆Key Features(2)↓
Staffelprijzen — tiered wholesale pricing
Custom Magento development for tiered pricing: the unit price decreases as order quantity increases. Displayed clearly on product pages with automatic cart recalculation. Essential for the B2B customer base who order in bulk.
Invoice request flow for large orders
Business customers placing large orders can request a formal invoice rather than paying directly through the storefront. A custom flow was built to capture order details and route them to the sales team for quote and invoice handling.
